Sitel is hiring for work from home positions in the United States and Canada. They are hiring for home inbound call center associates.
They have paid training and set schedules. Most shifts are 30-40 hours per week. Pay is hourly and there are opportunities for additional incentives as well. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. They are looking for the following in candidates:
Qualifications
• Prior customer service experience
• Sales experience
• Prefers working in virtual self-management/self- motivated environment
• Excellent verbal and listening skills
• Professional and articulate voice
• Home office that is noise & distraction free
• Ability to provide superior customer service while navigating multiple systems including the use of chat to ask and receive internal support
• Excels working in a fast paced environment with evolving business needs
